It's summer! If you're on vacation, it can be tempting to ditch the workout for the week and deal with the guilt once you get home. DON'T DO IT! Get your workout in with minimal equipment and minimal space. In between each round of exercises, hit the stairs for six flights (or five minutes).

WARM UP

10 x reps Dead Bugs
10 x reps Reverse Lunge w/ Reach (each side)
10 x reps Inchworms

WORKOUT x 3-4 ROUNDS

10 x reps

Bodyweight Squat Thrusts

10 x reps Bodyweight Lateral Squats
10 x reps Bodyweight Turkish Get-Ups
10 x reps Feet Elevated Push-Ups
10 x reps Reverse Crunch
FIVE MINS or 6 Flights Stair Climbs
