Training Programs
Training program fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not able to be exchanged for credit.
Apparel and Merchandise
All merchandise sales are final. All apparel is custom-made-to-order, therefore all sales are final aside from printing errors or defective product. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Contact us at support@pathfinderrucktraining.com to begin the claim submission process.
