Shipping & Lost Mail Policy

Once your order leaves our hands and is scanned by the shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility to deliver it safely and on time.

We carefully package and ship all orders, and we always provide tracking information when available. However, we are not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost items caused by the postal service or third-party carriers.

That said—we care about your experience. If something’s gone wrong, please reach out. We’ll do our best to help however we can, even if it’s out of our direct control.
