Your intake

A detailed intake covering your training schedule, eating habits, history with food, goals, and lifestyle. This is where your coaching actually starts taking shape.

Your personalized targets arrive

Within 48-72 hours of your intake, you'll get your personalized targets. These are ranges, not rigid numbers. Built around your training, your body, and your real schedule.

12 weeks of coaching begins

Six calls, weekly feedback, and real adjustments as your data comes in. Your plan evolves with you -- it doesn't get delivered and forgotten.

PATHFINDER Nutrition was built specifically for athletes like you with an eye on performance, longevity, and fueling a body that can go the distance.

They're missing a framework that fits their actual life, and someone who can help them hear their own body again instead of outsourcing every decision to the latest advice.

We start where it matters most: fueling your training. When that one piece clicks -- when you feel in control of one small, manageable aspect of how you eat -- everything else becomes easier to build on. Use Your HSA or FSA for PATHFINDER Nutrition Coaching

Your investment may be eligible for HSA or FSA reimbursement. If your healthcare provider recommends nutrition coaching to support a specific condition -- such as weight management, diabetes, high cholesterol, or recovery from illness -- your program may qualify. All you need is a Letter of Medical Necessity from your physician. We provide itemized receipts with service dates, coaching details, and credentials upon request.

PATHFINDER does not bill insurance directly. Eligibility depends on your individual plan. Always confirm with your HSA/FSA administrator before purchase.
