They’re rebuilding strength, reclaiming progress, and training for the demands of real life. This is practical, focused coaching for people who want to get better, both physically and mentally.

"The email advertisement said "Two Words: Game Changer." Well, I needed a game-changer. I've been training with Rucks/Sandbags/Random Awkward Objects since 2015, and I have completed many of the well-known ruck and sandbag training programs, including traditional iterations of PATHFINDER Forward, Endure, and Advanced.

Who Will Be My Trainer?

Your lead trainer will be Amy Petersen, PATHFINDER's Director of Programming. Amy is a Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Performance Specialist and has trained hundreds of athletes with her unique programming guidance and understanding of exercise technique, form, and function.

With years of personal training and endurance athlete experience, Amy will walk you through every week of your training, with video meetings and your personalized workouts.
