Partner Ruck Workout #3

Warm Up

Ruck 2 miles. Every 1/4 mile perform:

  • 10 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 Squats
  • 10 Push ups
  • 10 Burpees

Work

Partner Overhead Squat x 5 rounds

  • Back to back with your partner. Hold rucks overhead and squat x 12
  • Whoever breaks the hold performs 5 burpees.

Team Plank Claps x 4 rounds

  • Plank facing each other. Alternating partner claps (right, left, right…) x 24
  • Rest and repeat.

Partner A Planks x 3 rounds

  • Partner B does decline push ups by putting feet on partner’s back x 12
  • Switch.

Cool Down

x 3 Rounds

  • Partner A: Flutter kicks (ruck overhead) while
  • Partner B: 12 sit ups (ruck up front)
  • Switch

High Fives and Fist bumps.
