Ruck 2 miles. Every 1/4 mile perform:
- 10 Jumping Jacks
- 10 Squats
- 10 Push ups
- 10 Burpees
Partner Overhead Squat x 5 rounds
- Back to back with your partner. Hold rucks overhead and squat x 12
- Whoever breaks the hold performs 5 burpees.
Team Plank Claps x 4 rounds
- Plank facing each other. Alternating partner claps (right, left, right…) x 24
- Rest and repeat.
Partner A Planks x 3 rounds
- Partner B does decline push ups by putting feet on partner’s back x 12
x 3 Rounds
- Partner A: Flutter kicks (ruck overhead) while
- Partner B: 12 sit ups (ruck up front)
High Fives and Fist bumps.
