It's the start of Thanksgiving week in the US! Our Beginner wod this week, Much Ado About Stuffing, is great for a relatively quick, bodyweight-only workout.

- Bodyweight only
WHAT EXERCISES DO I NEED TO KNOW?
BODYWEIGHT SQUATS Make sure your knees track over your second toe, avoid a wobble, and sit back into your squat without leaning forward. Your weight should be in your heels.
3 x Rounds
- 12 x Bodyweight Squats
- 12 x Walking Bowler Squats
- 12 x Jump Lunges*
- 12 x Bodyweight Push-Ups
- 12 x Salute Plank (soft count, 6 each side)
- 12 x Mountain Climbers
- 12 x Reverse Crunches
- 12 x Bird Dogs
- 12 x Glute Bridges
*If you are unable to complete jump lunges, do stationary lunges or split squats (which is a lunge that only goes halfway down).
