INT/ADV | The Titan

Titans were a group of Greek deities that proceeded the Olympians and were strong (and strong-willed) giants. Each one represented abstracted places or ideas, but for our Titan-named workout, we're just focusing on major strength.

This workout requires:

  • Resistance Band
  • Sandbag
  • Bench
  • Kettlebells

Choose weights that are challenging, but that feel right for you. We begin with an easy warm-up before jumping into three superset rounds, before finishing things off with a ruck.
