This bodyweight workout is great for Beginners looking to make a sweat angel on their garage floor, and for Int/Adv's looking for a lighter bodyweight-only crusher.

Perform each round 3 times before moving on to the next one!

A reminder! Hard Count = 1,1,2,2,3,3... and 4-Count Bear Crawls are four hand crawls forward before turning around for 1 rep.
