I created PATHFINDER XP Personal Training because I saw a need for a more intelligent, compassionate approach to high-level endurance coaching. One that doesn’t rely on brute force or rigid prescriptions. With 13 years of coaching experience and certifications in Personal Training and Sports Performance, I’ve worked with everyone from competitive endurance athletes to women in their comeback era and clients rebuilding from medical challenges. My philosophy blends structure with flexibility, because life demands both. I don't assume, and I don't deliver cookie-cutter plans. Instead, I meet each athlete exactly where they are, helping them discover what they’re capable of through training that evolves with them. The most rewarding part of my job isn’t just seeing the physical results - it’s hearing someone repeat back a mindset shift we worked on months earlier and realizing it’s become part of who they are. That’s when I know the change is real.
