WHAT YOU’LL DO

200 Rucking Miles (Rx weight not required, but highly encouraged)

30 Total Workouts (at least 15 workouts must be weighted ruck-specific)

Reading Program (performance mindset focus)
Built for high-performers, this program is trusted by some of the most experienced ruck endurance athletes in the game. You’ll train for speed, power, durability, and resilience by hitting aggressive mileage goals, difficult workout targets, and objective readiness benchmarks like a 12-Mile Ruck in under 3 hours and a 250+ APFT score.
You should have a solid endurance base, excellent training discipline, and the ability to manage high-volume physical demand. You structure the training. We give you the standards, support, and guidance to complete it.

We STRONGLY SUGGEST that you already have the discipline to maintain regular fitness activity four - six times a week or have completed the PATHFINDER Endure (Intermediate) program.

Next Class Start Dates
PATHFINDER Advanced™ runs quarterly: February, May, August, and November. Each cycle runs for 12 weeks.
