PATHFINDER Nutrition Coaching isn’t just a set of macros and a “good luck.” It’s a 12-week partnership between you and your certified coach and a PATHFINDER founder, Amy Petersen, who understands endurance athletes, tough schedules, and real-world eating habits.

We help you develop strong, sustainable nutrition behaviors built on consistency, not perfection. Whether you're prepping for an Event, trying to lose weight, or rebuilding a healthy relationship with food, we'll help you eat in a way that supports the body (and life) you want.

  • Weekly support via email and our nutrition app to stay on track, troubleshoot, and adjust
