Partner Ruck Workout #02

PATHFINDER Workout of the Week

Yeah…you got your friend to do this crazy awesome thing called PATHFINDER. Now get them to do this partner ruck workout with you.

Equipment: Heavy Sandbag or coupon you can Farmer’s Carry together.

Warm up

Jumping Jacks (NO RUCK)
Partner A: 50
Partner B: Plank (with a ruck)
Switch

Partner A: 50 Flutter Kicks ruck overhead
Partner B: Plank (ruck on back)
Switch

Partner Squats
Stand facing each other, rucks off.
Partner A is holding ruck up front, performs squat and hands over to Partner B once up. Repeat for Partner B.
40 reps as a team

Work:

Bear Crawl Coupon Drag
Have coupon in between you as you bear crawl drag it 100 yards. Alternate turns pulling it forward.

Low Crawl Coupon Drag
Have coupon in between you as you low crawl drag it 100 yards. Alternate turns pulling it forward.

Farmers Carry Coupon hold
1 Mile partner Farmers Carry. Alternate hands as needed.
1 Mile FAST movement with coupon…one person goes as fast as possible switching as needed.

Cool Down:

Partner A: 50 Crunches holding ruck overhead

Partner B: Plank
Switch

High fives and fist bumps.
