This partner RUCK+ is great workout for ruck clubs. Pair up in two or three person teams, and go! All reps are with a ruck (unless noted…but of course scale as needed) and completed as a team. Split the reps between the two of you or go at each set together as individuals…or one goes while the other rests (or runs a lap!). Combinations are up to you and your partner. #CTHT
Warm up with a quick ruck mile
- 100 x Jumping Jacks (no ruck)
- 90 x Squat Benders
- 80 x Lunge Walks
- 70 x Ruck Curls
- 60 x Mountain Climbers
- 50 x Burpees (ruck or no ruck…)
- 40 x Plank Shoulder Taps (plank position, right arm taps left shoulder, alternate)
- 30 x Situps (rucks on front or overhead press )
- 20 x Power Jumps (no ruck)
- 10 x Push ups
wait….got done in less than 30 minutes? Run it back 10 to 100…#CTHT
