4 Corner Escalator Up and Down – PATHFINDER

All exercises done with a ruck except where noted. Bonus points for carrying a coupon from point to point.

Choose a place where you can have 4 easy points to move toward. 4 corners of a tennis court, parking lot, building, any four points really….but make them spaced out. Each exercise is added to the next set at each corner going up…and then going down.

Escalator UP 10-20-30-40

Corner 1: 10 Jumping Jacks
Ruck shuffle (and/or carry coupon) to the next corner

Corner 2: 10 Jumping Jacks, 20 Push Ups
Ruck shuffle (and/or carry coupon) to the next corner

Corner 3: 10 Jumping Jacks, 20 Push Ups, 30 Air squats (if you can carry your coupon while doing the squats… do so)

Corner 4: 10 Jumping Jacks, 20 Push Ups, 30 Air squats (if you can carry your coupon while doing the squats… do so) 40 Burpees (surprise!)

Escalator DOWN 40-30-20-10

Corner 4: 40 Jumping Jacks
Ruck shuffle (and/or carry coupon) to the next corner

Corner 3: 40 Jumping Jacks, 30 Push Ups
Ruck shuffle (and/or carry coupon) to the next corner

Corner 2: 40 Jumping Jacks, 30 Push Ups, 20 Air squats (if you can carry your coupon while doing the squats… do so)

Corner 1: 40 Jumping Jacks, 30 Push Ups, 20 Air squats (if you can carry your coupon while doing the squats… do so) 10 Burpees

Active rest:

Plank 5 minutes total
OH Hold 5 minutes total
