INT/ADV | BLACK FRIDAY

Black Friday... the official start to the holiday buying season. Love it or hate it, you can guarantee turning on the nightly news and seeing people cart out enormous TVs, home appliances, etc. We've devised this PATHFINDER workout to give you that rush-the-store dopamine hit without ever spending a dime at a big box store!

You will need two weights. They do not have to be the same weight or type - just something challenging you can carry overhead. Ideally, you can use kettlebells or dumbbells, but this workout is flexible enough to use other heavy or awkward implements, like a ruck plate, weighted ammo can, or water jugs. If you choose to use different sized weights, be sure to alternate between them.

This workout begins and ends with a 1 mile run. I know I'm going to get flack on this, but IDC. You don't have to be able to run 1 full mile continuously in order to still get this done. Don't let perfectionism get in the way of good enough.

REMINDER:

  • Soft count: 1, 2, 3, 4 ...
  • Hard count: 1,1, 2, 2, 3, 3, 4, 4...
  • Each Side: Do all reps on one side before switching to complete all reps on the other side.
