With her, and also killed, were Sgt. Patrick Hawkins, Sgt. Joseph Peters, and Pfc. Cody Patterson. It was an attack that reportedly wounded 30 Army Rangers and killed a total of four Soldiers. Capt. Workout Notes

All of these squats will burn out your legs, making the 400-meter run much more difficult than it would normally be. Pacing is key. We suggest using an outdoor track if possible.

Modifications

- Both the overhead squats and back squats can be completed as bodyweight (for 40 squats per round) or with an empty barbell, your ruck, a sandbag, kettlebell or dumbbells.

- To perform a kettlebell or dumbbell back squat, hold one KB or DB with both hands, the weight resting on your shoulders.

- The 400-m run can be completed as a 400-m ruck, or .25 mile ruck or run
