RUCK+ | Chipper & Run

This workout is a refresh of an original UHaul workout from 2016 and Team Spearhead. This is a nasty one completed with a partner, or just by yourself.

Stretch and warm up your legs for this one…maybe a quick mile ruck. (It's also easy to do this one at a local school with a track after hours.)

Chipper Ruck Workout

Complete each set together before moving to the next. For more of a challenge, use a sandbag instead of your ruck.
