This workout is a refresh of an original UHaul workout from 2016 and Team Spearhead. This is a nasty one completed with a partner, or just by yourself.
Stretch and warm up your legs for this one…maybe a quick mile ruck. (It's also easy to do this one at a local school with a track after hours.)
Chipper Ruck Workout
Complete each set together before moving to the next. For more of a challenge, use a sandbag instead of your ruck.
Runs are without a ruck.

- 15 x Ruck Deadlifts

- 15 x Front Squats (rucks up front / held in bear hug)
200m Run
- 15 x Coupon Lateral Lunge
400m Run
- 15 x Ruck Curls
200m Run
- 15 x Ruck Swings
200m Run
- 15 x 4-Count Mountain climbers (rucks on - go slow!)
100m Run
- 15 x Ruck Push Ups
100m Run
Cool Down x 2 Rounds
Rucks overhead for:
- 20 x Crunches
- 20 x 4-count Flutter Kicks
