What exercises do I need to know?
Bulgarian Split Squats BSS are one-legged lunges. Standing in front of a supportive chair or bench, rest your left foot behind you on the seat. Your legs should feel as far apart as they are in a lunge. Keep your hips square. Lower your back knee down into the lunge until it almost touches the floor and your front thigh is parallel to the floor, and then lift it back up.
