RUCK+ | Sandbag Training - 30 Min AMRAP

Today's AMRAP is short and sweet. The goal is to work hard, work fast, and get on with your day.

Over 30 minutes, you'll complete as many rounds as possible (AMRAP - As Many Rounds As Possible). You'll need a sandbag with a weight of your choice. Just make sure it's challenging for you!

*HARD COUNT is used for unilateral movements where one only limb works. Hard count is 1,1,2,2,3,3 etc. as you alternate sides.

WARM UP (Bodyweight)

8 x reps Bird Dogs

8 x reps

Bent Over Y's
8 x reps Inchworms
8 x reps Mountain Climbers HARD COUNT

 

WORKOUT x 30 Min AMRAP

12 x reps Sandbag Cleans

12 x reps

Sandbag Bear Hug Squats

12 x paces

Sandbag Lateral Plank Drags HARD COUNT
Rest for 1:00-3:00 minutes between rounds
