EMOM = Every Minute On the Minute. Set your timer for 1min intervals (I use GymBoss available in the Apple Store.) The app makes it easy to time almost any workout. Let's get started!

Ruck or equivalent weight

  2. 15 Push-Ups
  3. 15 Mountain Climbers
  4. 5 Burpees
  1. 30 Ruck Russian Twists
  2. :40 Plank
  3. 6 Ruck Man Makers
  4. 5 Burpees
  1. 15 Ruck Ground to Overheads (or DL to Ruck press)
  2. 10 Jump Lunges (Mod: standard lunges)
  3. 20 Ruck Goblet Squats
  4. 5 Burpees
  1. 20 Ruck Swing
  2. 20 Ruck Presses
  3. 20 Plank Jacks
  4. 5 Burpees
  1. 15 Inchworms
  2. 15 Push-Ups
  3. :40 Plank
  4. 5 Burpees
