Today's workout is quickie, so enjoy! 

NEEDED EQUIPMENT:

  • Ruck

THE WORK x 18 Minute Ruck EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute)

Every 2 minutes perform:

  • 10 Push-ups
  • 10 Squats
  • 10 Left Leg Lunges
  • 10 Right Leg Lunges
  • 5 Burpees

THE FINISHER x 1 Round

  • 1:00 Superman AMRAP 
  • ABC's (This is my diabolical bootcamp favorite. Laying on your back, hands under your hips for support if you have back issues. Curl head and upper shoulders off the floor as you lift your feet 6" off the floor. Press feet together. Utilizing your abdominal muscles to move your legs, write the alphabet in the air. Sounds silly? Try it. ;)
