  • 2 Mile warm up ruck

THE WORK x 3 Rounds

  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 10 Ruck Swings
  • 10 Sumo Squats
  • 10 Elbow to Hand Planks

 Ruck 1 Mile

The Finisher x 1 Round

  • 1:00 Side Plank
  • 50 Russian Twists
  • 1:00 Side Plank
