We've incorporated a 2 mile ruck in your workout today, both as a warm-up, and also as an "un-official" PATHFINDER challenge. I know some of our Class 023 Rosters have already done this, but if you haven't yet had the mental joy yet of rucking in a small space, it's something to try. Backyard, stairs, cul-de-sac, patio, complex...set up your space, accept the limitations, and I guarantee, it'll be something you will definitely remember.
For some inspiration, watch this British woman complete a marathon (running) in a tiny space in her backyard. Its funny, silly, and genuinely, pretty amazing. I'm actually really excited to get out in the yard and do my two!
