Partner Ruck Workout #5

Warm up with a quick ruck mile

All reps are with a ruck (unless noted…but of course scale as needed) and completed as a team. Split the reps between the two of you or go at each set together as individuals…or one goes while the other rests. Combinations are up to you and your partner. #CTHT

  • 100 Jumping Jacks (no Ruck)
  • 90 Squats
  • 80 Lunges
  • 70 Curls
  • 60 Mountain Climbers
  • 50 Burpees (ruck or no ruck…)
  • 40 Plank Shoulder Taps (plank position, right arm taps left shoulder, alternate)
  • 30 Situps (rucks on front)
  • 20 Jump Squats (no ruck)
  • 10 Push ups

wait….got done in less than 30 minutes? Run it back 10 to 100…#CTHT

Cool Down with a quick ruck mile.
