Partner Ruck Workout #4

Stretch and warm up your legs for this one…maybe a quick mile ruck? It's also easy to do this one at a local school with a track after hours.

Chipper Ruck Workout

This is more working together and pushing one another through the sets. Complete each set together before moving to the next.

Runs are without a ruck.

100m Run

  • 15 Ruck Deadlifts

100m Run

  • 15 Overhead Ruck Presses

200m Run

  • 15 Squats (rucks up front)

200m Run

  • 15 Jump Lunges

400m Run

  • 15 Ruck Curls

200m Run

  • 15 Ruck Swings

200m Run

  • 15 Mountain climbers (rucks on) 4 Count

100m Run

  • 15 Ruck Push ups

100m Run

Cool Down

Rucks overhead for 20 crunches and 20 4 count Flutter kicks x 2 rounds
